Transactions are carried out securely, all data concerning you (name, first name, bank card number, expiry date, etc.) are encrypted and inaccessible during the transaction.

Your bank details are never transmitted unencrypted, either over the network or at Provence Spa. In addition to being encrypted and therefore unreadable, this information is not stored on our servers, which is why you are asked to provide it again for each of your purchases.
Our payment system allows you to pay a deposit to reserve your spa equal to €5,000.

Bank card with 3-D Secure encryption system
Deployed under the trade names Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, 3-D Secure was developed by Visa and Mastercard to enable merchants to limit the risks of online fraud linked to identity theft attempts. It consists of ensuring, during each online payment, that the card is actually being used by its holder.

In this case, where both the merchant and the cardholder's bank are equipped, an additional step takes place at the time of payment. In addition to the bank card number, the card's expiration date, and the three-digit security code (printed on the back of the card), the Internet user must enter a password, such as their date of birth (simple authentication) or a dynamic one-time code (strong authentication).
