INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
🔧 Installation & Commissioning (Mandatory)
To ensure an installation that complies with the manufacturer Aquavia Spa's requirements and to guarantee the proper functioning of your equipment, installation and commissioning are carried out exclusively by Provence Spa.
👉 Commissioning by us is essential to maintain the Aquavia manufacturer's warranty. ✔️

The hotel spa requires specific technical installation, adapted to intensive use and the requirements of establishments open to the public (ERP).
This service includes:
✔️ Reception of the spa upon delivery
✔️ Placement in its final location
✔️ Handling and installation by one or more Provence Spa technicians depending on the model
✔️ Hydraulic and electrical connections
✔️ Connection to the water supply (if planned during installation)
✔️ Connection to the drainage / emptying system (if planned during installation)
✔️ Filling with water and complete technical checks
✔️ Verification of all equipment and functional tests
✔️ Configuration and programming of the Balboa system
✔️ Adjustment of filtration and heating cycles according to professional use
✔️ Comprehensive staff training on daily use and maintenance
🏗️ Prior Technical Study
Since each professional project is unique (hotel, campsite, tourist residence, wellness center, gym...), a technical study is carried out before installation to validate:

✔️ Water supply and drainage
✔️ Site technical constraints
